Instant Oats for Breakfast ♥ PF # 3




Chocolate and Strawberry flavor of Instant Quaker Oats for my breakfast will do. If you’re thinking or asking me that I’m on diet?  You’re definitely wrong. Being a working mom, I'm always on the go every weekdays.




Aside for being delicioso, what is really in an oat? 

Oats are 100% whole grain, and a natural source of carbohydrates and fiber. It contains vitamin E, several B-vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium and has some of the trace minerals selenium, copper, zinc, iron and manganese.

The soluble fiber in oat acts like tiny sponges that saturate cholesterol and remove it from our body.

In short oat is nutritious.

  2. i would sometimes give that for breakfast for my 2 yrs old pag lazy day haha. she likes it naman, yun nga lang the whole pack is too much for one feeding so half of it lang ang binibigay ko.

  3. My daughter Keanna loves that Strawberry flavored oatmeal..I again remembered her with my Mom, eating oatmeals is one of their bonding moments. =)

  14. One of the easiest, tastiest, and healthiest breakfast I had when I was still working. It keeps me on the go! ^^, I love the strawberry and the one with banana + honey flavor (tama ba toh?) flavors.
